WHAT SHOULD I WEAR??

Now that you're a Cub Scout Leader, what should you wear?

The cubmaster dosent require that you buy everything (ya still gotta eat) but there are a few things you do need.

We divide our uniforms into CLASS A and CLASS B uniforms.

The CLASS A uniform consists of the BSA approved Shirt (with appropriate patches and emblems) and the BSA Belt (hat is optional). Most leaders wear either blue or green shorts they buy (cheaper than the BSA ones), or blue jeans.

The CLASS B uniform consists of the Pack T-shirt (which is usually offered for sale in the fall).

LEADER SHIRT

Whether a Tiger, Wolf, Bear or Webelos leader, you need to have the shirt. This will identify you as a leader in the pack to both the boys and the other adults. Tiger Leaders DO have the option of getting the Tiger Shirt instead of the TAN leader shirt, but you'll have to buy the TAN leader's shirt in a year anyway
The Tan Leader Shirt will cost you around $31.40 (Adult S-XL) $33.50 (Adult 2X-4X) for a new one.

HAT

Its optional, but if you get one you've got options. The Pack 127 Signature Tan Leaders hat ID's us as a military scouting unit, and a Scout Leader. The BSA Scout Leader can also be worn as can the Adult Tiger Cap

At the US Cavalry Store, the Cap (generally worn by Males) will run around $9 and the Boonie (generally worn by Females) will run around $10-13
