| New Leader Essentials It is recommended that this be the first training class you attend. However, if your needs are that you have to attend the specific class for your position first (due to scheduling conflicts), that is perfectly acceptable. |
Cub Leader Specific Training is brand new for this fall. This training is the second of two parts of training required to be considered a trained leader. New Leader Essentials is the first part and is recommended to be taken before the specific classes. This training provides the specialized knowledge a new leader needs to assume a leadership role. You need attend only the specific class which matches your registered position in the pack. Each specific class (Tiger, Wolf, Bear, Webelos, Committee) lasts approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes. Leader Specific Training is required each time a leader changes positions within the Pack. |
